Role Overview – High Trust General Contracting and Transport LLC is hiring an HR Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for experienced HR professionals with strong human resources expertise, construction and transport industry knowledge, and the ability to manage comprehensive HR operations effectively, drive organizational development, ensure regulatory compliance, support field and transport workforce excellence, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic contracting and logistics business environment.

Strategic HR Planning and Organizational Development – You will develop and execute comprehensive human resources strategies aligned with High Trust's business objectives, growth trajectory, and operational expansion. You will assess organizational talent gaps, design workforce development initiatives, and implement strategic programs supporting business growth in construction and transport sectors. You will translate business strategy into HR initiatives and measure HR contribution to organizational success.

Talent Recruitment and Workforce Planning – You will lead recruitment and talent acquisition by identifying staffing needs across construction crews, transport operations, and administrative functions. You will source qualified professionals, coordinate hiring processes, and build capable teams supporting project delivery and logistics operations. You will develop recruitment strategies for skilled trades, drivers, and professional staff.

Field Workforce Management and Coordination – You will manage field workforce by coordinating with project managers, supporting crew management, and addressing field workforce needs. You will support on-site staff management, resolve field-related HR issues, and maintain communication with project teams. You should understand construction site dynamics and field operations requirements.
