Role Overview – MCT Group is hiring an HR Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for experienced HR professionals with strong human resources expertise, UAE employment knowledge, and the ability to manage comprehensive HR operations effectively, drive organizational development, ensure regulatory compliance, support professional staff excellence, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic and growing business organization.

Strategic HR Planning and Organizational Development – You will develop and execute comprehensive human resources strategies aligned with MCT Group's business objectives, competitive positioning, and growth trajectory. You will assess organizational talent gaps, design workforce development initiatives, and implement strategic programs supporting business expansion and market competitiveness. You will translate business strategy into HR initiatives and measure HR contribution to organizational success and value creation.

Talent Recruitment and Workforce Planning – You will lead recruitment and talent acquisition by identifying staffing needs, sourcing qualified candidates, and building capable teams across organizational levels. You will develop recruitment strategies, coordinate hiring processes, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure hiring of professionals fitting organizational culture and performance expectations. You will build bench strength supporting future organizational growth.

Employee Relations and Engagement – You will foster positive employee relations by establishing communication channels, addressing workplace concerns, and resolving conflicts constructively. You will develop employee engagement programs, conduct satisfaction assessments, and implement culture-building initiatives promoting organizational commitment. You will create inclusive workplace environment supporting employee satisfaction and retention.

UAE Labor Law Compliance and Management – You will ensure comprehensive compliance with UAE labor law, Ministry of Human Resources requirements, and all applicable employment regulations. You will maintain current knowledge of labor regulations, implement compliant HR practices, manage work permits and visa processes, and maintain fully documented HR records supporting regulatory adherence and organizational standing.
