Talent Recruitment and Workforce Planning – You will lead recruitment and talent acquisition by identifying staffing needs, sourcing qualified candidates, and building capable teams across organizational levels. You will develop recruitment strategies, coordinate hiring processes, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure hiring of professionals fitting organizational culture and performance expectations. You will build bench strength supporting future organizational growth.
Employee Relations and Engagement – You will foster positive employee relations by establishing communication channels, addressing workplace concerns, and resolving conflicts constructively.
