Role Overview – Eagle Marine Engineering Consultancy is hiring an HR Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for experienced HR leaders with strong human resources expertise, maritime and marine engineering industry knowledge, and the ability to manage comprehensive HR operations effectively, drive organizational development, ensure regulatory compliance, support professional staff excellence, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic marine engineering consultancy environment.

Strategic HR Planning and Organizational Development – You will develop comprehensive human resources strategies aligned with organizational objectives, assess talent requirements, and implement HR initiatives supporting business growth. You will conduct workforce planning, identify capability needs for marine engineers and professionals, and develop strategies building organizational capacity for project delivery excellence.

Recruitment and Technical Professional Acquisition – You will lead recruitment and talent acquisition strategies for engineers, marine professionals, and administrative positions by identifying staffing needs, recruiting qualified candidates, and managing hiring processes. You will source marine and engineering talent, conduct interviews, make hiring recommendations, and build strong technical teams. You will develop recruitment strategies addressing skill shortages.

Employee Relations and Engagement Management – You will manage employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, resolving conflicts constructively, and maintaining positive relationships with engineering and professional staff. You will develop employee engagement programs, conduct satisfaction surveys, implement engagement initiatives, and foster positive workplace culture supporting retention and commitment.
