Job Overview: A reputable company based in Sharjah, UAE is seeking a highly capable and experienced HR Manager to oversee and lead all HR operations. This is a key leadership role focused on employee management, policy implementation, and overall HR strategy.

HR Strategy & Policy: As HR Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing the HR strategy to align with business goals. You will develop and implement company policies and ensure they are consistently followed across departments.

Employee Relations: You’ll lead employee engagement initiatives, resolve workplace conflicts, and promote a positive work environment. Your ability to manage relationships will be vital for staff morale and retention.

Compliance & Regulations: Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws, manage employee contracts, and monitor changes in labor legislation. Regularly update management on HR risks and compliance gaps.

Recruitment & Onboarding: Supervise end-to-end recruitment processes, identify staffing needs, and support hiring managers in attracting and onboarding top talent effectively.

Performance & Development: Implement performance management systems, set KPIs with department heads, and promote learning and development programs to build internal capabilities.

HR Operations Oversight: Manage daily HR functions including payroll processing, leave tracking, benefits administration, and handling confidential documentation securely.
