We are looking for an experienced and people-driven HR Manager to join our team in Dubai. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned HR professional who is passionate about building strong workplace cultures, ensuring compliance, and leading diverse teams with confidence and care.

In this role, you will take full ownership of the HR function, overseeing everything from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation. You will serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees alike, ensuring that all HR operations run smoothly and in full compliance with UAE Labour Law.

The ideal candidate will bring solid hands-on experience in HR operations and a thorough understanding of UAE Labour Law. You should be confident managing multicultural teams, resolving workplace matters with professionalism, and implementing HR strategies that align with the overall goals of the business. Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to build meaningful relationships across all levels of the organization are essential qualities we are looking for.

Tagalog speaking candidates are preferred for this role, given the diverse composition of our team and the communication needs of the business.

Salary:
