Role Overview – Apply In a company in Abu Dhabi is hiring an HR Manager with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred). This position requires relevant HR experience and fluency in both Arabic and English. This role is ideal for experienced HR professionals who can lead human resources functions and support organizational objectives.
HR Strategy and Leadership – You will develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives, lead strategic HR planning, define HR initiatives, establish HR policies and procedures, support organizational development, drive talent management strategies, and provide HR leadership that supports the company's growth and success.
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition – You will oversee recruitment and talent acquisition by developing recruitment strategies, managing hiring processes, coordinating with hiring managers on staffing needs, ensuring quality candidate selection, implementing effective sourcing methods, building talent pipelines, and ensuring successful acquisition of qualified talent across the organization.
Employee Relations Management – You will manage employee relations by addressing employee concerns and grievances, facilitating conflict resolution, conducting disciplinary procedures when necessary, promoting positive workplace culture, maintaining open communication channels, supporting employee engagement, and fostering harmonious employee relations across the organization.
Performance Management – You will oversee performance management systems including coordinating performance appraisal processes, implementing performance improvement plans, supporting managers with performance discussions, tracking performance outcomes, linking performance to development, ensuring effective performance management, and driving high-performance culture.
Compensation and Benefits – You will manage compensation and benefits programs by developing competitive salary structures, administering employee benefits, conducting salary benchmarking, managing payroll coordination, ensuring equitable compensation practices, reviewing benefits packages, and ensuring compensation and benefits support talent attraction and retention.
Training and Development – You will oversee employee training and development by identifying training needs, developing training programs, coordinating learning initiatives, supporting leadership development, managing training budgets, evaluating training effectiveness, promoting continuous learning, and building organizational capabilities through comprehensive talent development.
HR Compliance and Labor Law – You will ensure HR compliance with UAE labor law, employment regulations, visa and immigration requirements, health and safety standards, and company policies. You will maintain updated knowledge of legal requirements, implement compliant HR practices, coordinate with government authorities, and ensure full regulatory compliance.
Organizational Development – You will support organizational development by designing organizational structures, managing change initiatives, facilitating cultural transformation, implementing succession planning, developing workforce planning strategies, supporting restructuring when needed, and driving organizational effectiveness.
