Role Overview – Prestige One is hiring an Hr Manager in the UAE for immediate joining. This role is for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and great at keeping everything running smoothly. This position is ideal for professionals who can manage daily office operations, coordinate teams, and ensure a productive work environment.
Office Operations Management – You will manage daily office operations including overseeing administrative functions, coordinating office services, maintaining facilities, managing supplies and equipment, ensuring operational efficiency, and handling the various responsibilities that keep the office running smoothly and supporting business productivity.
Team Coordination – You will coordinate teams by facilitating communication, organizing meetings, managing schedules, ensuring collaboration across departments, supporting project coordination, and creating an environment where teams can work effectively together toward organizational goals.
Administrative Oversight – You will oversee administrative activities including managing office staff, delegating tasks, ensuring administrative procedures are followed, maintaining organizational systems, implementing process improvements, and ensuring all administrative functions support business operations efficiently.
Facility and Vendor Management – You will manage office facilities including coordinating maintenance, liaising with building management, overseeing cleaning and security services, managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the physical work environment is well-maintained, safe, and conducive to productivity.
Office Supplies and Budget Management – You will manage office supplies, equipment procurement, inventory tracking, and office-related budgets. Your management ensures the office has necessary resources while controlling costs and maintaining financial discipline in operational spending.
HR and Employee Support – You will support HR functions including coordinating onboarding for new employees, maintaining personnel records, supporting employee engagement activities, coordinating training logistics, and ensuring employees have administrative support they need to perform their roles effectively.
Communication and Information Flow – You will ensure effective communication and information flow across the organization by managing internal communications, distributing important information, maintaining notice boards or digital channels, and serving as a central point of contact for office-related matters.
Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution – You will proactively identify and resolve operational issues, handle employee concerns, troubleshoot facility problems, address vendor issues, and ensure challenges are resolved quickly to minimize disruption to business operations.
Organizational Skills – Highly organized skills are essential for managing multiple office functions simultaneously, maintaining systems, tracking various responsibilities, ensuring nothing is overlooked, and keeping the office running efficiently despite the complexity of operations.
Proactive Approach – A proactive approach is crucial for anticipating needs, identifying potential issues before they become problems, implementing improvements without being asked, taking initiative in managing office operations, and staying ahead of operational requirements.
Office Management Experience – Experience in office management, administration, or similar roles is required. You should demonstrate proven ability to manage office operations, coordinate teams, oversee administrative functions, and ensure productive work environments.
Team Coordination Skills – Strong team coordination skills are important for facilitating collaboration, managing schedules, organizing meetings, ensuring communication flows smoothly, and creating an environment where teams work together effectively.
