Position Overview: The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the Human Resources department at Sheikh Khalifa Hospital, Fujairah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing strategic HR initiatives that align with the hospital’s mission, vision, and operational goals while maintaining compliance with UAE labor regulations.

Leadership and Strategy: The HR Manager will develop and execute HR strategies that promote a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This includes workforce planning, succession development, and aligning HR policies with organizational priorities in the healthcare environment.

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: The candidate will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding highly qualified healthcare professionals. They will ensure that the hospital attracts and retains top-tier medical and administrative talent through efficient hiring practices and effective employer branding.

Performance and Employee Development: A key focus will be on performance management systems and professional growth initiatives. The HR Manager will design and implement evaluation frameworks, provide constructive feedback mechanisms, and foster continuous learning programs to enhance employee engagement and productivity.

Compliance and Employee Relations: The HR Manager will ensure full adherence to UAE labor law and healthcare regulations, managing disciplinary actions, grievance procedures, and policy enforcement. Maintaining a fair, transparent, and inclusive work environment will be a top priority.

Operational Excellence: The role includes managing payroll systems, attendance tracking, benefits administration, and HRIS data accuracy. The HR Manager will streamline processes to improve efficiency and enhance the employee experience across all departments.
