Job Overview: Amer Center in Dubai is currently looking for an experienced and motivated HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources functions. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in HR operations, a clear understanding of UAE labor laws, and the ability to implement effective policies that align with company objectives. HR Management Duties: The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding. They will design and execute HR strategies that enhance employee engagement, improve productivity, and ensure compliance with legal requirements. Strong leadership skills will be essential to supervise HR staff and support other departments effectively.
Compliance and Labor Law Knowledge: A critical part of this role is ensuring the organization remains fully compliant with UAE labor laws and regulations. The HR Manager must be able to interpret, implement, and update policies that reflect the latest changes in employment law. Additionally, they will handle employee contracts, visa processing, and government documentation with precision.
Talent Acquisition and Development: The HR Manager will play an important role in attracting top talent and retaining skilled employees. Responsibilities will include managing job postings, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to identify workforce needs. Beyond recruitment, the HR Manager will also implement employee development programs, training initiatives, and career growth strategies to support staff advancement.
Employee Relations: Building a positive work culture is central to this role. The HR Manager will handle employee grievances, mediate conflicts, and provide professional advice on HR policies. By fostering transparent communication and supporting staff, the HR Manager will contribute to higher employee satisfaction and retention rates.
Performance Monitoring: The HR Manager will design and manage appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance objectively. They will establish performance benchmarks, provide constructive feedback, and work with managers to implement improvement plans where necessary. This ensures that the workforce remains motivated and aligned with organizational goals.
