Design and Execute Comprehensive HR Strategy

You'll develop Melodica's human resources roadmap aligned with business growth objectives. This involves workforce planning for academy expansion, talent strategy for attracting world-class music instructors and dance teachers, organizational design as new branches open, succession planning for key positions, and creating HR frameworks that support rapid scaling without losing the creative, passionate culture that makes Melodica special.
