Job Overview: The HR Generalist at Al-Faris Group plays a pivotal role in managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth implementation of HR policies, and supporting a positive work culture. This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, particularly within the equipment rental, construction, or industrial sectors. The position demands a proactive approach to solving HR-related issues and the ability to balance administrative tasks with strategic HR functions.

Key Responsibilities: As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and exit formalities. You will handle employee queries, prepare HR reports, and maintain accurate HR records. Your contribution will directly influence employee engagement, talent retention, and compliance with UAE labor laws, ensuring the organization remains an employer of choice in the industry.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: This role requires a strong focus on sourcing and attracting top talent to meet organizational needs. You will coordinate job postings, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and work closely with hiring managers. Once candidates are selected, you will oversee their onboarding process, ensuring they integrate smoothly into the company culture and are well-informed about their roles, responsibilities, and benefits.

Employee Relations: Maintaining a healthy relationship between management and staff is a core aspect of this position. You will act as the first point of contact for employee concerns, mediate conflicts when necessary, and ensure fair and transparent communication. By promoting a culture of respect and collaboration, you will help enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.

Performance Management: You will assist in designing and implementing performance review systems, helping managers set measurable goals and providing tools for regular feedback. Your role will include identifying training needs, recommending learning opportunities, and ensuring employees have the resources required to excel in their roles.

Compliance & Policy Implementation: Ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, health and safety regulations, and internal HR policies is vital. You will regularly review HR processes to align them with legal requirements and best practices. Additionally, you will support audits and prepare necessary documentation for regulatory authorities when required.
