Job Description
Role Overview: As an HR Generalist at Al-Faris Group, you will play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day human resource functions and ensuring smooth HR operations across our business units. This includes handling recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance, with a particular focus on the equipment rental, construction, and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining employee records, managing HR databases, and executing policies that align with UAE labor laws. You’ll also support employee engagement initiatives, ensure policy compliance, and assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with business objectives.
Employee Relations: Managing conflict resolution and fostering a positive work environment will be critical. The HR Generalist must conduct investigations, handle grievances, and support disciplinary actions when necessary, ensuring that procedures are fair, transparent, and legally compliant.
Recruitment and Onboarding: You will handle full-cycle recruitment — from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and coordinating onboarding processes. You'll be expected to manage job postings, screen resumes, and ensure new hires receive proper orientation and training to integrate into the company culture effectively.
Training and Performance Management: You’ll coordinate employee training programs and support the annual performance review process. Partnering with department managers, you’ll identify skills gaps and recommend learning initiatives that promote staff growth and development across all levels.
Payroll and Benefits Administration: Working closely with the finance team, the HR Generalist will assist with payroll inputs, leave tracking, and managing employee benefits. You’ll also help in resolving queries related to compensation, benefits, and deductions in a timely manner.
