Job Overview: Sanipex Group is currently hiring an enthusiastic and professional HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working across various HR functions and want to be part of a supportive and fast-paced work environment.
Employee Relations: As the HR Generalist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all employee queries, providing information and resolving concerns in accordance with company policies and procedures. You will help foster a positive workplace culture by offering timely and respectful support to staff across departments.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: You will assist in posting job advertisements, managing job boards, headhunting candidates, and conducting initial screenings based on the business requirements. Building a strong candidate pipeline and maintaining communication with prospects are critical aspects of the role.
Hiring & Onboarding: You’ll collect all required new joiner information and collaborate with functional heads to ensure a smooth onboarding process. You’ll also complete relevant records in the company’s Employee Self Service (ESS) module and assist with orientation sessions.
HR Systems & Documentation: You will be responsible for updating and maintaining employee records within the HR system. Accuracy and confidentiality are critical, especially when dealing with hiring documentation, employee contracts, and leave records.
Internal Coordination: You will regularly interact with internal departments to ensure HR processes are aligned with organizational needs. This includes helping with department-specific HR requests, preparing reports, and offering admin support to the broader HR team.
