Job Description

Role Overview: We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and task-oriented HR Generalist to join our dynamic HR team in Dubai. This is a junior-level role ideal for someone with 3–4 years of HR experience in any industry within the UAE who is ready to take the next step in their career.

General HR Responsibilities: The successful candidate will support the HR department across various functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance tracking, and HR policy compliance. You will help ensure the smooth operation of daily HR processes.

Recruitment & Onboarding: You will coordinate and assist with the recruitment cycle, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing employment contracts. You will also ensure that new hires are onboarded effectively and in line with company procedures.

Employee Support & Relations: The role involves acting as a point of contact for employee queries, addressing concerns professionally, and promoting a positive workplace culture. You will help facilitate team communication and resolve minor workplace matters when needed.

Documentation & Compliance: Maintaining accurate and updated employee records, managing leave tracking, and assisting with policy documentation and HR compliance are key components of this role. You will help align practices with UAE labor laws.

Communication & Multi-tasking: As a junior HR Generalist, you must be well-spoken, organized, and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once. The ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently and prioritize your workload will be critical to your success.
