SAMS Real Estate Brokerage is looking for a talented and dedicated HR Generalist to join our growing team in Dubai. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional who is passionate about people, thrives in a fast paced real estate environment, and is ready to make a meaningful contribution to a dynamic and ambitious organization.

In this role you will be responsible for managing a broad range of HR functions including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll support, attendance and leave management, and ensuring full compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies. You will serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and management, playing a central role in fostering a positive, productive, and professional workplace culture across the organization.

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience as an HR Generalist, ideally within the real estate or property sector in the UAE. Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple HR responsibilities simultaneously are essential qualities we are looking for. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRIS systems will be considered a strong advantage in this role.
