Job Description

Role Overview: The HR Generalist will play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day human resources activities in the Doha office. This includes supporting HR operations, employee relations, compliance with Qatar labour regulations, and maintaining HR policies and procedures to ensure smooth functioning of the HR department.

Position Purpose: The HR Generalist is responsible for implementing HR policies, monitoring workforce needs, handling employee relations issues, and ensuring that organizational HR objectives align with Qatar Labour Law. The role emphasizes accuracy, discretion, and maintaining positive employee engagement across departments.

HR Operations and Administration: The selected candidate will oversee HR operational tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, employee record management, payroll support, and attendance tracking. They will ensure all HR processes are documented and executed according to company policies and legal requirements.

Compliance and Labour Law: The role requires a deep understanding of Qatar Labour Law. The HR Generalist will ensure the company adheres to legal requirements, manage employment contracts, assist with visa processing, and provide guidance to management on HR compliance matters to mitigate organizational risks.

HRIS/ERP Management: The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and managing HR information systems and ERP tools, ensuring accurate data entry, generating HR reports, analyzing workforce metrics, and supporting decision-making through reliable HR analytics and records management.

Employee Relations and Support: The HR Generalist will act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and workplace concerns. They will foster positive communication, support performance management processes, and contribute to creating a healthy, motivated, and compliant workforce environment.
