Job Description

Job Overview: As an HR Generalist at Bin Murshed Group, you will play a central role in supporting daily human resources functions, from handling employee documentation to coordinating payroll. The position requires a professional who is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple HR responsibilities while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.

Recruitment & Onboarding: You will assist with recruitment efforts including posting job advertisements, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding programs. Ensuring new employees have a smooth transition into the organization will be a key responsibility, alongside preparing offer letters and contracts.

Employee Relations: A large part of the role will focus on supporting employee engagement initiatives, resolving workplace issues, and maintaining a positive work culture. The HR Generalist will act as a first point of contact for employee queries, offering guidance in line with company policies and labor regulations.

Payroll & Benefits: The HR Generalist will manage payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring all salary components, allowances, and deductions are handled correctly. You will also assist in benefits administration, such as health insurance enrollment and leave management.

Visa & Compliance: This role requires strong knowledge of UAE visa processes and labor law compliance. The HR Generalist will handle visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and ensure employee records are up to date. Maintaining accurate HR files and compliance documentation is critical.

Performance & Training: Supporting performance management cycles and coordinating staff training programs will be part of your duties. The HR Generalist will ensure managers and staff are guided through appraisal processes and will help organize development workshops to strengthen employee skills.
