Role Overview
Alabbar Enterprises is hiring an HR Executive in Dubai, UAE. This position is ideal for HR professionals with proven human resources experience, strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, payroll coordination, and administrative functions effectively.
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
Manage recruitment and talent acquisition by posting job advertisements, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, processing offer letters, and ensuring timely hiring of quality talent across various positions.
Employee Onboarding and Integration
Facilitate employee onboarding and integration by preparing welcome materials, conducting orientation sessions, processing employment documentation, coordinating workspace setup, ensuring completion of joining formalities, and supporting smooth integration of new employees.
HR Documentation and Record Management
Maintain comprehensive HR documentation and records by managing personnel files, processing employment contracts, updating employee databases, tracking certifications and licenses, maintaining organized records, and ensuring accurate documentation for all HR matters.
Visa and Immigration Coordination
Handle visa and immigration coordination by processing visa applications, managing work permit renewals, coordinating with PRO for government submissions, tracking visa status, ensuring timely renewals, and maintaining compliance with UAE immigration regulations.
Payroll Processing Support
Support payroll processing by collecting timesheets, verifying attendance data, processing salary information, managing payroll documentation, coordinating with finance department, calculating end-of-service benefits, and ensuring accurate salary disbursement.
Leave and Attendance Management
Manage leave and attendance systems by tracking employee time-off, processing leave requests, monitoring attendance patterns, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with payroll for salary calculations, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor law requirements.
Employee Relations and Engagement
Handle employee relations by addressing employee inquiries and concerns, resolving grievances, facilitating communication between management and staff, implementing engagement initiatives, fostering positive workplace culture, and maintaining strong employee satisfaction.
Performance Management Support
Support performance management processes by coordinating performance reviews, tracking probation periods, maintaining appraisal records, facilitating feedback sessions, processing confirmation letters, and assisting managers with performance-related documentation.
HR Compliance and Labor Law
Ensure HR compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations by staying updated on legal requirements, implementing compliant policies, managing employment contracts per labor law standards, coordinating with MOHRE, and ensuring all HR practices meet regulatory obligations.
Training and Development Coordination
Coordinate training and development by identifying training needs, organizing skill development programs, scheduling training sessions, maintaining training records, tracking certifications, and supporting employee growth and capability enhancement.
Exit Management and Clearance
Handle exit management by processing resignations, conducting exit interviews, coordinating final settlements, calculating gratuity and end-of-service benefits, managing clearance procedures, and ensuring smooth offboarding compliant with UAE labor law.
HR Reporting and Analytics
Prepare HR reports and analytics including headcount reports, turnover analysis, recruitment metrics, attendance reports, training records, visa tracking, and other HR data that inform management decisions and support workforce planning.
Benefits Administration
Administer employee benefits by managing health insurance enrollments, coordinating medical coverage, processing insurance claims support, explaining benefit programs, and ensuring employees receive entitled benefits per company policies and UAE regulations.
Policy Implementation and Communication
Implement and communicate HR policies by ensuring employee awareness of company policies, distributing policy updates, conducting policy briefings, maintaining accessible policy documentation, and supporting consistent policy application.
What We're Looking For
HR Experience
Proven experience as an HR Executive, HR Officer, or similar role is required. Your background should demonstrate hands-on experience managing HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll coordination, and HR operations.
UAE Labor Law Knowledge
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is essential for ensuring compliance, managing employment contracts, calculating end-of-service benefits, handling visa processes, and navigating legal requirements specific to UAE employment.
Recruitment Expertise
Recruitment expertise including sourcing strategies, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management, and ability to attract quality talent across various positions and levels within the organization.
HRMS and System Proficiency
Proficiency with HR management systems (HRMS), payroll software, visa tracking systems, and MS Office applications (especially Excel) supports efficient management of HR data, documentation, reporting, and operations.
Organizational Skills
Strong organizational skills enable you to manage multiple HR responsibilities simultaneously, maintain accurate records, coordinate various processes, meet deadlines, and ensure all HR functions operate smoothly and efficiently.
Communication Skills
Excellent communication skills for interacting professionally with employees at all levels, coordinating with management, liaising with government entities, handling sensitive matters, and representing Alabbar Enterprises with professionalism.
Attention to Detail
Strong attention to detail ensures accuracy in employment contracts, visa processing, payroll data, compliance documentation, record maintenance, and all HR outputs critical to legal compliance and operational excellence.
