Job Description
Recruitment & Onboarding: The HR Executive cum Office Manager will manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for the F&B sector, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with department heads to ensure seamless integration of new hires. This role will also monitor employee orientation programs and provide initial training to new staff.
HR Operations & Employee Records: Responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, updating HRIS systems, and managing leave, attendance, and other employee-related data. The candidate will ensure all HR documentation complies with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
Payroll & Benefits Administration: Oversee WPS-compliant payroll processing, employee benefits administration, and salary disbursement. The role will include monitoring payroll accuracy, handling employee queries, and ensuring all benefits, including health insurance and allowances, are managed efficiently.
Visa & Labour Compliance: Handle all visa processing, work permits, and Emiratisation requirements. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, company policies, and local employment regulations, maintaining proper documentation and liaison with relevant government authorities.
Employee Training & Development: Plan and coordinate training programs, workshops, and development initiatives to enhance employee performance and skills. Support managers in identifying training needs and track the effectiveness of learning programs.
Employee Relations & Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and HR support. Foster a positive work environment by maintaining open communication channels and coordinating HR initiatives across departments.
