Job Overview: Delma Laboratory is actively looking to hire a dedicated and well-organized HR Executive to join our Abu Dhabi team. This role is designed for professionals with a minimum of one year of HR experience who can manage recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and support the daily human resources functions effectively. UAE experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Recruitment & Onboarding: As an HR Executive, your responsibilities will begin with sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews with potential candidates. You will handle the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documents and employee files are complete and compliant with UAE labor regulations.

Employee Relations: You will act as a point of contact for employees, helping to resolve queries related to policies, attendance, leaves, and payroll support. Maintaining a positive and compliant work environment is key, and you'll help bridge communication between management and employees.

HR Administration: You will be responsible for maintaining and updating employee records, managing leave applications, tracking attendance, and coordinating with other departments for administrative functions. Accuracy in data entry and confidentiality are vital components of this role.

Policy Implementation: Working closely with the HR Manager, you will assist in implementing company policies and procedures. You will support initiatives related to performance evaluation, disciplinary actions, and employee satisfaction programs, ensuring they are well communicated and followed across departments.

Compliance and Documentation: The role includes ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, visa processing coordination, contract renewals, and preparing HR-related documentation for audits or government requirements. Timely and accurate documentation will be a key performance indicator.
