Job Overview: Legacy Health LLC is looking to hire a detail-oriented and experienced HR Executive to join its Human Resources department during the US shift (7 PM to 4 AM Gulf Standard Time). This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in night-shift environments and have hands-on experience managing HR operations, especially time & attendance functions.
Core Responsibilities: The HR Executive will play a key role in supporting employee lifecycle operations, managing attendance systems, maintaining employee records, and coordinating with internal teams. The role also requires handling queries related to shifts, absences, leave balances, and supporting the payroll process by providing accurate attendance data.
Shift & Attendance Focus: A major part of this role involves managing timekeeping records, monitoring shift compliance, and preparing reports that support business and HR decisions. The candidate must ensure that employee hours are tracked accurately and aligned with organizational policies, making sure there are no discrepancies in time data.
Data Management & Reporting: The role requires a candidate with excellent skills in MS Excel and the ability to work with large datasets for attendance analytics and HR reports. You’ll be expected to generate regular dashboards, compile audit-ready records, and support process audits related to HR operations.
Communication & Coordination: As this is a night shift role supporting US operations, the HR Executive must demonstrate excellent communication skills to collaborate with employees and stakeholders across different time zones. Proactiveness, clarity, and professionalism in communication are key traits needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of hands-on HR operations experience, particularly in attendance tracking, shift monitoring, and data reporting. Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel, is essential. Candidates must be comfortable working night shifts and handling critical HR functions independently.
