Job Description

Role Overview – Petrogulf Lubricants is hiring an HR Executive for a full-time, on-site position based in Ajman. This position is ideal for experienced HR professionals with strong human resources expertise, manufacturing and lubricants industry knowledge, and the ability to manage HR functions effectively, support recruitment, develop talent, ensure compliance, support organizational culture, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic lubricants manufacturing organization.

HR Functions and Operations – You will support comprehensive HR functions by coordinating HR processes, managing activities, and supporting operational efficiency. You will facilitate HR operations and contribute to HR effectiveness. You should manage HR functions professionally.

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition – You will support recruitment by assisting with job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining records. You will coordinate with hiring managers and support hiring processes. You should contribute to effective talent acquisition.

Employee Onboarding and Integration – You will support employee onboarding by preparing materials, coordinating orientation, and facilitating integration. You will ensure smooth employee introduction and support positive start. You should facilitate effective onboarding.

Employee Records and Administration – You will maintain employee records by organizing files, updating information, ensuring completeness, and preserving confidentiality. You will support accurate record-keeping and information management. You should maintain organized records.

Leave and Attendance Management – You will support leave administration by processing requests, tracking attendance, maintaining records, and coordinating with management. You will support accurate leave and attendance management. You should manage leave procedures.

Payroll Coordination and Support – You will support payroll operations by assisting with processing, maintaining records, and coordinating with providers. You will support timely and accurate payroll delivery. You should assist with payroll administration.

Benefits Administration – You will assist with benefits by maintaining records, processing enrollments, coordinating with providers, and responding to inquiries. You will support benefits programs and employee satisfaction. You should manage benefits coordination.

Employee Relations Support – You will support employee relations by responding to inquiries, explaining policies, facilitating communication, and supporting positive relationships. You will be helpful resource for employee needs. You should promote positive employee relations.
