Job Description

PG Lube is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive to join their growing team in Ajman. This is a fantastic opportunity for fresh graduates or early career HR professionals with up to 1 to 2 years of UAE HR or administrative experience who are ready to build a rewarding career in human resources within a supportive and professional work environment.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, managing HR documentation and employee records, coordinating attendance and leave management, and assisting with payroll coordination. You will play a key supporting role within the HR department, ensuring that all HR processes are handled accurately, efficiently, and in line with UAE Labour Law and company policies. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and genuine passion for people and HR will be central to your success in this position.

The ideal candidate will be a fresh graduate or bring 1 to 2 years of UAE based HR or administrative experience. Strong proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills are essential requirements for this role. A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously are key qualities we are looking for in our ideal candidate.
