Job Description
Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and proactive HR Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role involves supporting the human resources department in day-to-day operations, recruitment, employee relations, and administrative responsibilities.
Recruitment & Onboarding: The HR Executive will assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, scheduling interviews, onboarding new employees, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.
Employee Records & Compliance: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, updating HR databases, and ensuring full compliance with internal policies and UAE labor laws.
Engagement & Retention: Collaborate with management to implement initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, satisfaction, and long-term retention within the organization.
Training Coordination: Support the planning and coordination of internal and external training sessions to enhance employee growth and upskilling.
Employee Relations & Inquiries: Handle employee queries with professionalism and empathy, helping to resolve concerns in a timely and confidential manner.
Payroll & Benefits Support: Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration to ensure timely and accurate compensation processes.
