Job Description

Job Overview: DRHC, a renowned healthcare facility in Dubai, UAE, is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Executive to join its growing team. This role is central to ensuring smooth HR operations, effective recruitment, and overall employee satisfaction.

Recruitment Expertise: You will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment cycle, with a specific focus on healthcare roles. From drafting job descriptions to onboarding the right talent, your work will directly impact the hospital’s operational excellence.

Candidate Screening & Selection: You’ll source candidates, conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and provide support to hiring managers in decision-making, ensuring each hire aligns with DRHC's values and standards.

Healthcare Hiring Knowledge: A solid understanding of healthcare job roles, licensing processes, and regional requirements is crucial. Previous experience in recruiting for medical and paramedical positions is highly preferred.

HR Administration: In addition to recruitment, you’ll support key HR functions such as employee records management, HRIS updates, leave tracking, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Policy & Procedure Implementation: You will assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and systems that enhance employee engagement, organizational transparency, and legal compliance.

Employee Engagement: You’ll play a role in developing and maintaining a positive workplace culture by supporting initiatives related to training, wellness, and employee satisfaction.
