Role Overview – Gevora Hotel is hiring an HR Executive to join our team. We are seeking candidates with strong knowledge of end-to-end HR procedures and labor laws who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, can support training and development activities, and are available for immediate joining.
End-to-End HR Operations – You will manage complete HR lifecycle including recruitment and selection, employee onboarding, employment contract preparation, probation management, confirmation processes, employee transfers and promotions, performance management support, employee relations, exit management, and final settlement processing. You will handle comprehensive HR operations from hire to retire.
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition – You will manage recruitment activities including identifying hiring needs, posting job advertisements, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes and applications, conducting initial interviews, coordinating with department heads, facilitating interview processes, preparing offer letters, and ensuring successful hiring of qualified hospitality professionals.
Employee Onboarding and Integration – You will coordinate comprehensive onboarding for new employees including preparing joining documentation, facilitating orientation programs, conducting HR inductions, coordinating uniform issuance and ID cards, arranging departmental introductions, ensuring completion of joining formalities, processing system access, and creating positive onboarding experiences that support employee retention.
Labor Law Compliance – You will ensure HR practices comply with UAE Labor Law and hospitality sector regulations, maintain updated knowledge of employment legislation, implement compliant HR policies and procedures, coordinate visa and labor card processing with PRO, handle ministry documentation, ensure proper employment contracts, support labor inspections, and maintain full regulatory compliance.
Employment Documentation – You will prepare and manage employment documentation including offer letters, employment contracts, probation letters, confirmation letters, promotion letters, salary revision letters, warning letters, resignation acceptances, experience certificates, NOC letters, and various HR correspondence. You will ensure accurate documentation, obtain approvals, and maintain proper filing.
Payroll and Benefits Coordination – You will coordinate with payroll by providing accurate payroll inputs including new joiners, resignations, promotions, salary changes, overtime, deductions, leave records, and attendance data. You will support benefits administration, coordinate health insurance enrollment, process leave encashments, calculate end-of-service benefits, and ensure smooth payroll operations.
Leave and Attendance Management – You will manage employee leave and attendance including processing leave applications, tracking leave balances, maintaining attendance records, coordinating with departments on attendance matters, generating attendance reports, handling attendance discrepancies, ensuring proper leave documentation, and managing time-off administration.
HRIS and Database Management – You will maintain HR Information Systems by updating employee data, managing personnel files, generating HR reports and analytics, tracking HR metrics including turnover and absenteeism, maintaining organizational charts, ensuring data accuracy, managing employee databases, and utilizing HRIS for efficient HR operations.
