Job Description
Job Overview: Abu Dhabi Precast is urgently hiring an HR Executive to handle core HR operations with a focus on attendance management, visa processing, payroll, and employee lifecycle support. This is a fast-paced role for someone who thrives in structured environments and has hands-on experience managing critical HR functions.
Timesheet & Attendance: One of the key responsibilities of this position is managing employee timesheets and daily attendance. You will ensure accurate tracking, handle discrepancies, and provide timely reports to the payroll and management teams.
Visa & Work Permit Processing: You will be responsible for handling new visa applications, renewals, and work permits. This includes coordinating with PROs and government authorities to ensure compliance with UAE labor and immigration laws.
Leave & Absence Management: The role includes managing the leave request process—tracking annual leaves, sick leaves, and emergency leave balances. You will ensure all leave records are properly documented and reported for payroll accuracy.
Payroll Coordination: You will assist in preparing payroll inputs based on attendance, overtime, and leave data. Ensuring salary accuracy and on-time processing will be one of your essential responsibilities. Familiarity with WPS and UAE labor law compliance is required.
HR Documentation: You'll maintain up-to-date employee records, employment contracts, passport/visa copies, and other essential HR documents. Ensuring all data is current, complete, and compliant will be part of your daily workflow.
Internal Support: As a key HR point of contact, you will guide employees on company policies and processes. You’ll also assist with onboarding, document collection, and basic employee relations support.
