Employer Branding Strategy Development:
The HR Executive will support the development and execution of employer branding initiatives that enhance Medcare’s reputation as an employer of choice. You will help create compelling employer value propositions, promote workplace culture, and align branding activities with organizational goals to attract high-quality healthcare professionals.
Talent Attraction and Engagement:
This role involves collaborating with recruitment teams to strengthen talent attraction strategies through engaging content, campaigns, and recruitment marketing initiatives. You will support job branding, candidate communication, and career page enhancements to ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience.
Content Creation and Digital Presence:
You will assist in creating employer branding content for digital platforms, including social media, career portals, internal communications, and recruitment campaigns. This includes drafting posts, coordinating visuals, and ensuring messaging reflects Medcare’s values, culture, and commitment to excellence in healthcare delivery.
Internal Culture and Employee Advocacy:
The HR Executive will work closely with internal stakeholders to promote employee engagement initiatives and encourage employee advocacy. You will help showcase employee stories, achievements, and workplace initiatives that reflect a positive organizational culture and strengthen internal brand alignment.
Event Coordination and Brand Representation:
You will support the planning and execution of employer branding events such as career fairs, recruitment drives, internal engagement activities, and external branding initiatives. Representing the organization professionally at events helps strengthen Medcare’s visibility within the healthcare talent market.
Analytics and Continuous Improvement:
The role requires monitoring the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives through data analysis, feedback collection, and performance metrics. You will help prepare reports, identify improvement areas, and support data-driven decisions to enhance branding impact and recruitment outcomes.
