Job Overview: The HR Executive will play a key role in supporting the human resources department by handling recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and other HR operations. This position is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who is passionate about creating an efficient and positive work environment. The candidate will report to the HR Manager and contribute to enhancing the overall HR function in the organization.
Key Responsibilities: The HR Executive will manage daily HR activities, including maintaining employee records, coordinating interviews, assisting in payroll processing, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. The role also includes handling HR documentation, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, and providing administrative support to senior HR staff as required.
Recruitment and Talent Management: A significant part of the role involves assisting in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings. The HR Executive will collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs, ensure timely onboarding of new hires, and help in employee retention strategies.
Employee Relations and Administration: The HR Executive will act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related queries and concerns. The role requires maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor, handling employee grievances, and facilitating smooth communication between management and staff. Proper documentation and timely reporting of HR activities are essential.
HR Policy and Compliance: The candidate will assist in implementing and enforcing HR policies and procedures in alignment with UAE labor laws. This includes ensuring proper record-keeping, managing attendance and leave records, and assisting in audits or inspections related to HR compliance. The HR Executive will help maintain a structured and legally compliant HR framework.
Leadership & Team Coordination: Although not a managerial role, the HR Executive is expected to support team initiatives and collaborate closely with colleagues in HR and other departments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, initiative, and the ability to work independently while contributing positively to a dynamic HR team environment.
