Position Overview: Bikram Interiors & Industrial Fit-Out is seeking a skilled and proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations in Sharjah, UAE. The role involves handling recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and administrative tasks for both blue- and white-collar staff. The ideal candidate will support a positive work culture while ensuring adherence to UAE Labour Law and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities: Lead full-cycle recruitment for all staff levels, manage onboarding and induction processes, maintain accurate HR records, contracts, and visa documentation. Handle employee grievances, welfare activities, performance appraisals, and goal-setting. Oversee payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management. Conduct site visits to support operational HR requirements.

Expertise and Skills: Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, free-zone regulations, and visa processes (SAIF Zone experience is a plus). Proficiency in MS Office 365, Teams, and HRMS systems. Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and leadership skills are required to handle diverse HR operations efficiently.

Team Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with management, site supervisors, and department heads to address HR needs and employee concerns. Maintain clear communication with staff and management, ensuring smooth operations and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate HR files, employment contracts, visa documentation, and payroll records. Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, free-zone regulations, and internal HR policies. Timely and precise reporting is essential for smooth HR operations.
