Role Overview: The HR Executive – Lifestyle at Landmark Group plays a vital role in supporting the organization’s workforce management strategies. This position focuses on end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, and HR analytics. The role is designed for professionals who are passionate about building strong employee engagement frameworks while contributing to organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for managing recruitment cycles, handling HR operations, and ensuring seamless onboarding of new employees. You will also be expected to prepare HR reports and dashboards, analyze workforce data, and provide insights that improve HR decision-making processes. This position requires collaboration across departments to ensure consistent HR service delivery.
Recruitment Focus: As part of the HR team, you will lead efforts in attracting and hiring the right talent. This includes drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to finalize selections. The HR Executive will also ensure that all recruitment practices align with the company’s policies and local labor laws.
HR Operations & Support: A critical responsibility of this role is to support day-to-day HR operations. This involves maintaining accurate employee records, assisting with payroll coordination, managing leave and attendance systems, and ensuring compliance with internal HR processes. The role demands attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
HR Analytics Contribution: The HR Executive is expected to contribute to HR analytics by preparing workforce reports and presenting insights to management. This includes analyzing employee turnover, monitoring performance data, and identifying trends that support strategic HR planning. Analytical skills and strong Excel or HR system knowledge will be highly valuable here.
