Job Description
Job Overview: The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting HR operations during the US business shift. This position demands a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who can manage employee timekeeping, attendance records, and HR operations efficiently while ensuring alignment with company policies and compliance standards.
Core Responsibilities: The role includes monitoring attendance systems, managing employee schedules, ensuring accurate time and payroll records, and addressing related queries. The HR Executive will also play a key role in preparing HR reports, maintaining employee databases, and supporting HR operations for international teams.
Data & Analysis: A significant aspect of the position is the ability to work with large sets of HR data. The HR Executive will utilize advanced MS Office skills to prepare dashboards, analyze workforce trends, and provide insights to management on employee performance, absenteeism, and workforce utilization.
Process Management: This role requires ensuring that HR processes run smoothly throughout the night shift, including onboarding assistance, document verification, and compliance tracking. The HR Executive will also be involved in streamlining HR policies and supporting HR audits when necessary.
Employee Support: The HR Executive will act as a point of contact for employee inquiries during the US shift, offering assistance on HR-related issues such as leave management, attendance disputes, and policy clarifications. This requires strong communication skills and the ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Team Collaboration: While working independently during the US shift, the HR Executive will collaborate closely with the wider HR team to ensure continuity in HR operations. This includes regular handovers, timely reporting, and participation in virtual meetings with global stakeholders.
