Role Overview: As an HR Document Controller, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining employee documentation in compliance with ADNOC regulations. You’ll work closely with the HR department and project teams to ensure proper filing, accuracy, and security of personnel records.
Responsibilities: You will handle sensitive employee documentation, including contracts, onboarding files, leave records, and HR correspondence. You’ll also be tasked with ensuring documents are updated, correctly archived, and readily retrievable for audits or internal use.
Compliance with ADNOC Standards: Candidates with prior ADNOC project experience and approvals are highly preferred. You will help ensure the company’s document practices align with ADNOC requirements and expectations.
Project-Based Coordination: This role will be directly involved in supporting ongoing construction and engineering operations by ensuring HR documents for project staff are complete and compliant, particularly those related to ADNOC approval processes.
Document Compilation & Organization: The role includes consolidating files such as CVs, educational certificates, experience records, and ADNOC approvals into standardized formats. You'll be expected to create well-organized, single PDF files as per submission requirements.
Candidate Profile: Only candidates currently based inside the UAE will be considered. The ideal applicant is detail-oriented, familiar with document control systems, and possesses solid experience in HR administration within the oil & gas or engineering sector.
