Job Overview: Cure UAE is currently hiring an HR cum PRO to manage internal HR operations while handling all government and regulatory processes. The ideal candidate should be capable of multitasking across HR functions and UAE government-related formalities, ensuring both legal compliance and smooth company operations.

HR Responsibilities: As the HR part of the role, your key responsibilities will include maintaining employee records, tracking attendance, coordinating hiring and onboarding processes, and ensuring timely contract renewals. You will also play a central role in managing employee relations, payroll inputs, and compliance with company HR policies.

Public Relations Duties: As a Public Relations Officer, you will manage visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and labor/immigration procedures. You must stay updated on UAE laws and coordinate with relevant authorities such as MOHRE, GDRFA, and free zone authorities to ensure the company operates within legal frameworks.

Documentation & Compliance: This role demands strong documentation and filing skills. You will be responsible for preparing and organizing all legal and HR-related documents, tracking expiration dates of licenses and employee documents, and ensuring the company’s records are always audit-ready.

Employee Support & Guidance: You will act as the go-to person for employees needing help with visas, insurance, medical tests, and government forms. Good interpersonal skills and professionalism are essential to help create a supportive work culture.

Government Liaison: Representing the company at ministries, government departments, and other official institutions is a core part of the role. You must possess a deep understanding of UAE legal protocols and be confident in managing approvals, renewals, and government-related challenges.
