Job Description
HR Coordination: As an HR Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Human Resources department in all administrative and operational tasks. This includes maintaining employee records, updating databases, and assisting with documentation related to hiring, resignations, and other HR activities.
Employee Onboarding: You will oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are welcomed and introduced to company policies, culture, and benefits. Your attention to detail will be vital in preparing onboarding kits and ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
Payroll Support: You’ll work closely with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement. By collecting attendance reports, updating leave records, and confirming employee information, you will help maintain payroll integrity.
HR Communication: This role requires excellent communication as you’ll serve as a liaison between staff and HR. You’ll respond to employee queries, explain HR policies, and support staff with any employment-related concerns, while ensuring professionalism at all times.
Compliance Monitoring: Ensuring the company remains compliant with UAE Labour Laws is a key part of this role. You will assist in reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures aligned with legal requirements and internal standards.
Language Proficiency: Since fluency in both Hindi and English is mandatory, you’ll be expected to communicate effectively with a diverse team of employees and help bridge any communication gaps between departments or management levels.
