Key HR Role in a Leading Organization: We are currently hiring an HR Coordinator to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR professional to contribute to human capital initiatives within a Facility or Property Management organization.
Core Responsibilities: As the HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing the recruitment process, employee onboarding, documentation, and HR system updates. You will also coordinate closely with management to align HR strategies with business goals, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Employee Lifecycle Management: You’ll oversee all stages of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance reviews, employee engagement, and exit procedures. You will also ensure all records are maintained in alignment with labor regulations and internal compliance.
Labor Law Compliance & Benefits: A solid understanding of UAE Labor Law, work permits, employee contracts, and termination procedures is essential. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for resolving employee queries related to compensation, health & safety, benefits, and workplace concerns.
Required Background & Experience: Candidates must have 3–5 years of HR support experience in the UAE, specifically within the Facility or Property Management sector. Proven exposure to core HR functions like employee relations, HR operations, and talent coordination will be highly valued.
Preferred Skills & Technology Familiarity: Familiarity with HR software systems, ATS tools, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are expected. Being bilingual in English and Hindi is mandatory to effectively communicate with diverse teams across the organization.
