A leading company in Kuwait is looking for an organized and proactive HR Coordinator to support daily HR operations. This is a great opportunity for a bilingual HR professional with a solid foundation in human resources who is ready to contribute to a dynamic and professional work environment in Kuwait.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the day to day HR operations of the organization, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, maintaining accurate employee records, managing attendance and leave, coordinating with government authorities, and ensuring that all HR processes are handled efficiently and in full compliance with Kuwait Labour Law and company policies. You will serve as a reliable and professional point of support for both employees and management, playing a key role in fostering a positive and well structured workplace culture.

The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR coordination or related role within Kuwait. Fluency in both Arabic and English is a mandatory requirement for this position as you will be communicating regularly with a diverse workforce and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously are essential qualities we are looking for.
