Recruitment & Talent Coordination: The HR Coordinator will manage end-to-end recruitment activities for hotel operations, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring managers to ensure timely staffing. The role requires handling multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining hiring quality and alignment with hotel service standards.
Visa Processing & Government Coordination: The position involves managing employee visa processing with strong knowledge of hotel visa procedures in the UAE. Responsibilities include preparing documentation, coordinating with PRO services, tracking visa renewals, and ensuring full compliance with immigration and labor regulations to avoid operational disruptions.
Employee Records & Leave Management: The HR Coordinator will maintain accurate employee records, manage leave applications, attendance tracking, and ensure data confidentiality. This role supports smooth workforce planning by providing accurate HR data and timely updates to management.
Training & Development Support: The role supports training and development initiatives by coordinating internal training sessions, tracking employee participation, and assisting department heads in skill development planning to enhance service quality and employee performance.
End of Service & HR Administration: The HR Coordinator will assist in calculating end-of-service benefits, preparing HR letters, and supporting payroll-related inputs. Strong attention to detail is required to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of HR documentation.
HR Operations & Employee Support: This position provides daily HR operational support, responds to employee queries, and ensures smooth communication between management and staff. The role requires the ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and support hotel operations efficiently.
