Job Description
Employee Lifecycle Management: As an HR Coordinator, you will take ownership of the full employee lifecycle — from onboarding and induction to resignation and final settlement. You’ll be expected to oversee each phase of employment with a structured and compliant approach, ensuring every employee transition is handled with care and precision.
Operational HR Support: You will play a pivotal role in managing administrative HR functions including leave tracking, attendance management, maintaining probation reviews, and handling overtime records. These tasks require attention to detail and proactive follow-up to ensure timely and accurate processing.
Employee Records and Documentation: The role demands strict organization of employee data. You will be responsible for creating, updating, and safeguarding employee files in both digital and physical formats. Accurate HR database management is essential to support decision-making and compliance.
Compensation and Benefits: You’ll be actively managing employee compensation and benefits programs. This includes ensuring compliance with labor laws, administering educational claims, and maintaining transparent communication with employees regarding salary structures, bonuses, insurance, and other entitlements.
Regulatory Compliance: Being well-versed in UAE labor law is critical. You’ll need to ensure that all HR practices, documentation, and communications align with legal standards and internal policies. Monitoring compliance regularly and reporting non-conformities to leadership will be expected.
Reporting and Analytics: A key part of the position involves preparing insightful HR reports for management. This includes employee turnover, training status, benefits usage, and other workforce analytics that inform business decisions and HR strategies.
