Job Description


Payroll Management ✦ The HR Compensation Executive will manage end-to-end monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring salaries are calculated accurately, overtime and incentives are included, and compliance with internal policies and UAE Labour Law is strictly maintained.

WPS Compliance ✦ The role involves preparing and submitting WPS (Wage Protection System) reports in accordance with UAE regulations, ensuring timely payments and compliance with statutory requirements for all staff members.

Employee Settlements ✦ The candidate will manage Full & Final settlements, gratuity, and final dues for employees leaving the organization, calculating amounts correctly in line with UAE Labour Law and company policies.

Incentive & Commission Calculations ✦ Responsibilities include calculating employee incentives, commission payments, and bonuses accurately each month, maintaining detailed records for HR and finance reporting purposes.

Documentation & Reporting ✦ The HR Compensation Executive will maintain payroll records, generate reports, and provide management with payroll insights, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and confidentiality in all payroll activities.

Accuracy & Compliance ✦ Attention to detail is critical in this role, with the candidate ensuring all payroll calculations, compliance checks, and employee settlements are precise and error-free, mitigating any risks to the organization.
