Art Nouveau Decor FZ LLC is looking for a proactive and detail oriented HR Associate to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional with a background in fit out, manufacturing, or construction environments who is ready to support the full employee lifecycle and contribute to building a strong, engaged, and high performing workforce behind some of the world's most prestigious luxury brand projects.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting recruitment for technical and operational roles across design, production, and project functions, coordinating onboarding, documentation, and employee records, and maintaining attendance, leave tracking, and HR databases. You will prepare payroll and coordinate with the finance team, ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal policies, support employee engagement initiatives, and maintain organized HR documentation and internal communications. Your ability to balance operational HR responsibilities with a people first approach and a strong commitment to the company's core values of Excellence, Integrity, Teamwork, and Continuous Growth will be central to your success in this position.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration and bring 2 to 4 years of HR experience, preferably within the fit out, manufacturing, or construction sector. A good understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR operations, strong coordination and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and ERP or HR systems are essential requirements for this role.
