Job Overview: Corniche Hotel, a well-established UAE-based hospitality group, is hiring HR professionals for its operations in South Africa. We are seeking an HR Assistant Manager and an HR Coordinator to join our team. These roles require candidates with strong HR knowledge, proven experience in the hospitality industry, and the ability to manage daily HR functions in line with company policies and UAE hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities: The HR Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, including recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and policy implementation. The HR Coordinator will support administrative functions such as maintaining employee records, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Talent Acquisition: Both roles involve active participation in recruitment and onboarding processes. The Assistant Manager will design and manage recruitment strategies to attract top hospitality talent, while the Coordinator will handle documentation, contracts, and ensure new employees have a smooth onboarding experience.

Compliance & Employee Relations: The successful candidates will ensure compliance with UAE and South Africa labor laws and company policies. They will handle grievances, support disciplinary procedures, and foster a positive and professional work culture across the hotel’s operations.

Training & Development: The HR Assistant Manager will collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop employee training programs. The HR Coordinator will assist in organizing sessions, tracking attendance, and ensuring staff development initiatives are effectively executed.

Job Requirements: Applicants must have prior HR experience in the hospitality or hotel industry. The Assistant Manager role requires at least 5 years of experience with leadership responsibilities, while the Coordinator role requires 3 years of HR administrative experience. Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail are essential for both positions.
