Job Overview: We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the Human Resources department of SCC Skyline Contracting Co. L.L.C. in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone with excellent organizational skills and a passion for administrative and people-related work in a corporate setting.

HR Support Duties: As an HR Assistant, your primary responsibility is to assist the HR Manager with day-to-day operations, including handling employee records, coordinating onboarding/offboarding, preparing offer letters, and maintaining HR databases. You will play a key role in helping the department run smoothly and professionally.

Documentation & Filing: The role includes maintaining updated employee files, contract documentation, performance review schedules, and leave/attendance records. Precision and confidentiality are critical in managing sensitive HR information.

Employee Relations: You will be the first point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other general concerns. You will support HR initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and organizational culture.

Recruitment Coordination: The role involves supporting recruitment efforts by posting job ads, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and following up with selected applicants. Strong communication and time-management skills are necessary to keep the process efficient.

Compliance & Reports: Assisting in compliance tracking, visa renewal reminders, and preparing reports for audits will be a regular part of your responsibilities. You will also support in aligning with UAE labor laws and company policies.
