Job Description

Human Resources Coordination: As an HR Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR department in all administrative and operational functions. You will assist in recruitment, employee onboarding, maintaining personnel files, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Employee Support & Documentation: You will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR documentation, including contracts, leave records, and performance reports. Timely and accurate record-keeping will be a core aspect of your work to ensure smooth HR operations.

Recruitment Assistance: Working closely with the recruitment team, you will help screen CVs, schedule interviews, and liaise with candidates throughout the hiring process. Your attention to detail and communication skills will contribute to a positive candidate experience.

Policy & Compliance Support: You will assist in implementing HR policies in accordance with UAE labor law, ensuring both legal compliance and alignment with King’s College Hospital’s values. This includes monitoring probation evaluations and supporting policy reviews.

HR Systems & Reports: You will help maintain and update the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring that all employee data is up-to-date. You will also assist in preparing HR-related reports for management as required.
