Job Overview: The HR Assistant at ARF Group UAE will play an integral role in supporting the human resources operations of the company. This individual will work closely with the HR team to ensure the smooth functioning of all personnel-related activities. The position requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities and Duties: The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily administrative duties such as maintaining and organizing employee files, tracking attendance records, assisting with payroll documentation, and keeping HR databases up-to-date. The role involves handling day-to-day queries from staff regarding HR policies and procedures and acting as the first point of contact for HR-related concerns.

Recruitment Coordination: A significant part of the HR Assistant’s responsibility will include assisting in the recruitment process. This includes preparing job postings, shortlisting applicants, coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and maintaining records of the recruitment pipeline. The candidate will also liaise with hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment experience for both the company and applicants.

Onboarding Support: The HR Assistant will oversee onboarding and induction activities for new hires. This includes collecting documents, preparing welcome kits, introducing new employees to the organization’s policies, and facilitating orientation sessions. The goal is to make new employees feel welcomed, valued, and supported from day one.

Employee Records & Documentation: Accuracy and confidentiality are crucial in this role. The HR Assistant will ensure that employee records are meticulously maintained, both digitally and physically. This includes employment contracts, evaluation reports, leaves of absence, and personal documents. Ensuring that the HR department complies with UAE labor laws and internal policies is a core requirement.

Employee Engagement & Communication: The HR Assistant will be encouraged to participate in internal communications and employee engagement initiatives. Whether it’s organizing team-building activities or gathering employee feedback, the role supports fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with the company's mission.
