Job Overview: The HR Assistant will play a crucial support role in the Human Resources department by helping manage daily administrative tasks, record-keeping, employee documentation, and benefits coordination. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in an organized, fast-paced manufacturing environment and is looking to grow within the HR function.
Key Responsibilities: As an HR Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, processing HR-related documents, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and UAE labor law. Your day-to-day duties will also include updating the HRIS system, preparing reports, and assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes.
Employee Records Management: You will be in charge of organizing employee personnel files, updating internal databases such as leaves, attendance, and performance records. You will also handle sensitive information with the highest degree of confidentiality and accuracy.
Benefits Coordination: This role requires handling employee benefit-related queries, enrolling staff in insurance programs, and updating benefits records. You will work closely with the finance and payroll teams to ensure that benefit deductions and claims are processed smoothly.
HRIS & System Administration: One of your core tasks will be to maintain the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to ensure real-time accuracy of all employee data. You will input new hire information, update job changes, and support system audits.
Support in Recruitment: Although not a direct recruitment role, you will support recruitment activities by scheduling interviews, sending follow-ups, and maintaining candidate databases. You may also assist with career fairs or internal hiring initiatives when needed.
