Job Description

Job Overview: Pinnacle Packing Industries LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated HR Assistant to support daily administrative and HR operations in our Dubai office. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for professionals who are organized, proactive, and capable of handling various responsibilities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Administrative Support: As an HR Assistant, you will handle essential administrative duties such as maintaining employee records, organizing HR files, and supporting documentation needs for audits and compliance. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that employee files are up-to-date and that all HR paperwork follows UAE labor law requirements and company policy.

HRIS & Data Management: One of your key responsibilities will be managing the company’s Human Resource Information System (HRIS). You’ll input, update, and maintain personnel data, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of all records. You will also assist in generating standard HR reports and supporting performance and payroll data when needed.

Benefits & Leave Coordination: The HR Assistant will help administer employee benefits, coordinate leave applications, and ensure accurate tracking of attendance and sick leaves. You will support new employees during onboarding by helping them understand company policies, benefits, and workplace culture, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.

Recruitment Support: You will assist the HR team in the recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, collecting candidate documents, and updating the applicant tracking system. Your ability to manage timelines and maintain communication with candidates will contribute to a professional hiring experience.

Internal Communication & Culture: The ideal candidate will play a supportive role in employee engagement initiatives, internal announcements, and HR communications. You may help coordinate company events, training sessions, and wellness activities to contribute to a positive and collaborative workplace environment.
