Job Description

Role Overview: The HR Assistant at ResoSys HR Consultancy will support day-to-day HR operations, contributing to a well-organized and efficient HR department. This role is best suited for professionals with a passion for HR administration and a solid foundation in HR operations.

Core Responsibilities: The selected candidate will assist with recruitment support, maintaining employee records, preparing HR documents, and ensuring smooth onboarding processes. You will help in updating internal databases and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Documentation and Reporting: You will be responsible for preparing HR reports, maintaining personnel files, tracking attendance, and assisting with payroll input. Your attention to detail will be crucial in managing confidential employee information and timely updates.

Support to HR Team: Working closely with the HR Manager, you will help coordinate training schedules, maintain HR calendars, and arrange interviews. Supporting employee engagement activities and ensuring smooth internal communication will also be expected.

Communication and Coordination: You must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as you'll coordinate between departments, schedule meetings, and manage inquiries from employees regarding HR-related matters.

Skills Development: This role provides a growth platform for future HR leadership roles. You will be exposed to compliance processes, data entry, HRMS software, and policies, enhancing your hands-on understanding of core HR functions.
