Job Description

HR Operations Overview: We are currently hiring a dedicated and proactive HR Assistant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The candidate will play a vital role in supporting our HR operations, maintaining documentation, and ensuring a smooth administrative process across departments.

Administrative Support: Your responsibilities will include maintaining up-to-date employee records, assisting in onboarding and offboarding procedures, and handling all necessary administrative tasks to ensure compliance and organization.

Recruitment Support: You will assist the HR department in posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Your efficiency will help streamline our hiring timeline.

Visa and Documentation: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in UAE visa application procedures and labor documentation. You will coordinate with PROs and employees to facilitate visa processing, renewals, and cancellations

Communication & Coordination: You will be the first point of contact for HR-related queries, managing internal communication, and assisting employees with their HR and admin needs. Clear communication and problem-solving will be crucial.

Compliance & Records: You’ll ensure all employee files are accurately maintained and compliant with UAE labor laws. Familiarity with audits and documentation standards is a plus.
